Shipping Policy

Most orders leave our facility within one business day, in plain packaging with the lot number of every item inside.

Processing

An order starts processing once payment is confirmed. Cutoff times follow U.S. Eastern Time. During holidays or unusually high volume, dispatch can take one extra business day; we will email you if your order is affected.

Tracking and delivery

• You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is created.
• Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
• Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect a parcel once it is in transit, and re-shipping an order returned for an incorrect address is billed to the customer.

Damaged, lost or missing parcels

Damaged on arrival: if a vial arrives broken, leaking or with a compromised seal, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost. See the Refund & Replacement Policy for every claim window.

Lost, stolen or marked delivered but not received: contact us with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. Outcomes for parcels confirmed delivered by the carrier remain at our discretion.
