Most orders leave our facility within one business day, in plain packaging with the lot number of every item inside.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday or 12:00 PM ET Saturday–Sunday ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Outer packaging is plain and unmarked. Inside, the packing documents list the lot number for each item and a link to our COA Library.
An order starts processing once payment is confirmed. Cutoff times follow U.S. Eastern Time. During holidays or unusually high volume, dispatch can take one extra business day; we will email you if your order is affected.
Damaged on arrival: if a vial arrives broken, leaking or with a compromised seal, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost. See the Refund & Replacement Policy for every claim window.
Lost, stolen or marked delivered but not received: contact us with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. Outcomes for parcels confirmed delivered by the carrier remain at our discretion.
