Research Use Only (RUO) Compliance Policy

PRISM LABS USA LLC (“Prism Labs,” “we,” “us”) supplies research peptides, reagents and laboratory materials to qualified researchers. This policy sets out the only purposes for which our products may be purchased and used. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and by placing an order you agree to it in full.

1. Strict Research-Use Declaration

Every compound, reagent and research chemical sold on prismlabsusa.com is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing and scientific study. Permitted uses are limited to:

In-vitro experiments conducted in a laboratory setting (outside of any living organism).
Analytical method development, instrument calibration and reference-standard work.
Bench-level scientific study by trained personnel following recognized laboratory safety practices.

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food ingredients. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

2. Non-Consumption Disclaimer: Zero Tolerance

Not for human or animal use. No product we sell may be introduced into a human or animal body by any route, including injection, ingestion, inhalation or topical application.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Human consumption or self-administration of any kind.
Animal or veterinary use, including in vivo studies on pets, livestock or other animals.
Therapeutic, clinical or treatment applications.
Medical diagnosis or use in any diagnostic procedure.
Compounding, formulation or off-label preparation intended for human or animal use.
Cosmetic, food, dietary-supplement or household use.
Resale or transfer of products to anyone for any of the purposes above.

Product names, descriptions, Certificates of Analysis and specifications describe material identity and quality only. Nothing on this site is a dosing instruction, usage guide or medical claim.

3. Order Cancellation & Account Termination

We monitor orders, support requests, reviews and other communications for signs of non-research use. Any inquiry about human or animal dosing, administration, injection, “cycles,” personal use or similar topics will result in:

Immediate cancellation of all open orders on the account. Orders that have not shipped are refunded to the original payment method.
Permanent termination of the customer account, with no future orders accepted from the same person, email address, shipping address or payment method.

We may also cancel any order without notice if we reasonably believe the products are intended for a prohibited use. These decisions are final.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Prism Labs, you confirm that:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of an organization that conducts legitimate laboratory research.
You will store, handle and dispose of all materials in line with recognized laboratory safety practices and all applicable federal, state and local laws.
You accept full responsibility for any use of the products after delivery.

5. What Our Support Team Can and Can’t Help With

Our team can answer questions about product specifications, lot numbers, Certificates of Analysis, storage conditions, shipping and orders. We do not and will not provide dosing guidance, administration instructions or medical advice of any kind. Requests of that kind are handled under Section 3.

6. Reporting Misuse

If you see our products being promoted or resold for human or animal use, please tell us through our Report Misuse & Compliance Concerns page.
