Research results are only as reliable as the materials behind them. At PRISM LABS USA LLC, no lot reaches our shelves on a supplier’s word alone. Every batch is independently verified, stored under controlled conditions and documented so you can check it yourself.

1. Independent Batch Verification

Before a lot is released for sale, samples are sent to an independent third-party laboratory for a multi-point analytical panel. Each panel covers:

Identity: confirms the compound is what the label says, typically by mass spectrometry.
Purity: measures the share of target compound in the sample, typically by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Our release standard is 99%+ verified purity.
Net content: checks that the quantity in each vial matches the labeled amount.

The results are issued as a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis (COA). Lots that miss our release standard are not sold.

2. Storage & Handling Protocols

Vacuum-seal verification

Every vial’s seal and crimp cap is inspected after receipt and again before dispatch. Any vial with a compromised seal, cracked glass or visible moisture is removed from inventory.

Temperature-controlled storage

Lyophilized materials are held in temperature-controlled storage at −20°C, protected from light and moisture, from intake until the order is packed.

Lab-to-lab handling

Lots are tracked by lot number from receipt through testing, storage and fulfillment.
Vials stay sealed in their original containers and are handled only by trained staff.
Orders are packed in insulated, cold-chain packaging and dispatched promptly to reduce time in transit. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

3. Analytical Transparency

Every vial and every packing slip carries a lot number. That lot number is the key to its test results:

Find the lot number printed on your vial label or on the documents inside your package.
Open our COA Library and find the product and lot.
Check that the lot number, compound and results on the report match the material you received.

If a lot number doesn’t match, or independent testing of your own shows a result outside the published COA, contact us. Verified COA mismatches are covered by a full refund or replacement under our Refund & Replacement Policy, and the affected lot is pulled from sale.

4. Our Ongoing Commitment

We review testing results, storage records and customer reports on an ongoing basis, and we update these standards when better methods become available. Questions about a specific lot can be sent through our contact page. Please choose “Batch Testing / COA Request” and include the lot number.
